AT&T PROTOTYPE, CLARKSVILLE, TENNESSEE

A STAND-ALONE BUILDING WAS DEVELOPED FOR AT&T TO REPLICATE AT VARIOUS LOCATIONS. FLOORPLAN, EXTERIOR ELEVATIONS, AND CONSTRUCTION METHODS WERE STANDARDIZED FOR EXPEDITING DESIGN/BUILD APPLICATIONS. WE HAVE ALSO GUIDED THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THIS PROTOTYPE AT EVANSVILLE, INDIANA, HENDERSONVILLE, TENNESSEE, AND ADDITIONAL LOCATIONS ARE BEING PLANNED FOR THE FUTURE.

THE SHOPPES AT CAROTHERS, FRANKLIN, TENNESSEE

THIS RETAIL CENTER IS COMPRISED OF TWO 10,945 S.F. STRUCTURES TOTALING 21,890 S.F. THE BUILDING SEPARATION FORMS A COMMON COURTYARD FOR PEDESTRIAN USE.

COMMUNITY FIRST FINANCIAL PLAZA, FRANKLIN, TENNESSEE

THE RETAIL COMPLEX SURROUNDS THE COMMUNITY FIRST BANK AND OFFICE BUILDING. THE MAIN RETAIL STRUCTURE TOTALS 28,000 S.F. AND IS SUPPLEMENTED BY A 7,000 S.F. OUT-PARCEL BUILDING. THE TRADITIONAL ARCHITECTURAL STYLE OF TUSCAN COLUMNS AND BRICK VENEER ACCENTS COMPLIMENT THE ADJACENT BANK STRUCTURE.

DOVER POINTE DEVELOPMENT, NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE

THE 20,000 S.F. DEVELOPMENT INCLUDES A 8,000 S.F. WALGREENS AND 12,000 S.F. SPECULATIVE RETAIL AREA. THE DESIGN FEATURES A BRICK VENEER WITH STUCCO ACCENTS, COMPLIMENTING THE SURROUNDING AREA.

MILL CREEK COMMONS, NASHVILLE, TENNESSEE

THE 50,000 S.F. CENTER INCLUDES A 12,000 S.F. WALGREENS, FOOD LION GROCERY AND 25,000 S.F. SPECULATIVE RETAIL SPACE. THE CANOPY PROFILE AND PARAPET HEIGHTS WERE CAREFULLY DESIGNED TO ACCOMMODATE THE SIGNAGE AND LEASE REQUIREMENTS OF THE ANCHOR TENANTS.
